Shipping
Best Legal Highs can ship to any address in the world free of charge, but note that orders outside Australia can not receive priority overnight shipping. Also If you live on a military base, and the product you need is not available, please contact the Commissary Officer to have it ordered.

Shipping Fees
Shipping is always free at Best Legal Highs, Orders are securely packaged and always shipped sameday.


Orders leaving Australia
All orders will be delivered within 7-9 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays), for orders under $300 and within 3 DAYS Express door to door for orders over $300. There is no charge for shipping either way.

Australian Priority Orders
All Orders within Australia are sent as priority orders and will be delivered within 24 hours - monday through friday, excluding holidays, overnight delivery applicable only when covered by Australia Post express delivery Area (98% of Australia is)

Overnight Orders
Overnight orders will be delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays according to the following:

    * Orders placed before 5 pm EST will be delivered the next day.
    * Orders placed after 5 pm EST will be delivered in 2 business days.
    * Orders placed Friday, at 5 pm EST through Monday, 5 pm EST, are delivered to you on Tuesday.


No Signature Required
All orders placed through Best Legal Highs website are shipped with no signature required. If you want your order to only be released with a signature, please email us direclty at sales@bestlegalhighs.com


Returning an Order
If your shipment arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please purchase the optional Express Post platinum package credit and instructions for return of the product. The customer service representatives will need your order number..

Credit or refunds will be issued once we have received the returned product. A customer service representatives will provide you with instructions for return of the original product. Priority or next-day air shipping charges on the original order cannot be refunded. Refunds may take 2 weeks to process.

Canceling an Order
Orders may only be cancelled before 2 pm EST the same day the order was placed.
